Hello everyone! Legend Mod creator here. Respects to TheUnbeholden for uploading the mod, but wait and see how the Farewell Edition leaves it very far behind.
Besides, the screenshots are from what looks like L6 - an extremely outdated version compared to the Extended Edition.
Anyway, my most frank recommendation is to wait a few more weeks and enjoy the vastly superior Legend FW rather than this obsolete one. There is a huge difference between the two!

Delete the contents of the xbmc folder found on the xbox hard drive and transfer. Ok just remembered the hexen disc maybe able to get you back. What I mean is if I were to FTP into the xbox directory and copy, say, the 'E'. The disk was blank when I started, then HeXEn (2017 update). I do see that on E:Shortcuts I have 'XBMC Shortcut' folder with a subfolder 'xbmc.cfg'. That will run XBMC's default.xbe from the E drive install location instead.

I've got an Xbox 1.0 with Aladdin XT Plus2 modchip. The disk was blank when I started, then HeXEn (2017 update) detected new disk and formatted it for me. I then did the 'Install XBMC to E' option, which completed successfully. Then I tried to set the dashboard to 'XBMC on E', but it fails with an error like:
failure
batch process failed
the last item was: xbmc dash shortcut not installed install xbmc to E: first
action: rename
batch process failed
the last item was: xbmc dash shortcut not installed install xbmc to E: first
action: rename
However, it clearly resides on E. I then tried the repair options to create the shortcut but it also failed with the 'action: rename' error. I do see that on E:Shortcuts I have 'XBMC Shortcut' folder with a subfolder 'xbmc.cfg'. I was expecting 'xbmc.cfg' to be a file, not a folder, but I have no idea how the actual format of this shortcut should be, so I can't really fix it without knowing how it should look. Any hints on how it should look?
I am able to start XBMC via 'Applications' -> 'XBMC' on HeXEn disc, and it clearly works, so I'm left thinking it might be a shortcut problem?
